Only Organization Administrators and Class Administrators can unlock a student account.
If a student makes 10 unsuccessful login attempts, their account will be locked. To unlock their account, follow these steps:
- Go to ‘My Organization’.
- Click the ‘Students’ tab.
- Remove the ‘Active students’ filter to show only locked students.
- Select the checkboxes by the students you would like to unlock.
- Click ‘Unlock this account’.
A student’s account may occasionally be locked but not have the option to unlock it. In these cases, try changing their password following the steps found here: Resetting student passwords.
