Only Organization Administrators and Class Administrators can unlock a student account.
If a student makes 10 unsuccessful login attempts, their account will be locked for 5 minutes. If you need to unlock their account before their access is restored automatically, follow these steps:
- Go to My Organization.
- Click the Students tab.
- Check the tick box next to the name of the student whose account has been locked.
- Click Unlock this account at the bottom of the screen.
