Do you need to regenerate sign in cards for your students? Please follow the below step by step guide for an Individual student, all students or class sign in cards.
Individual student / All students:
Step 1: Within My organization, click on the ‘Students’ tab.
Step 2: Select the student or students by clicking the tick box on the left hand side. You can use the search box to find a particular student. If you wish to select all students click the tick box next to ‘Students’ at the top.
Step 3: Once selected, a ‘Download sign in cards’ button will appear at the bottom of the screen.
Step 4: Click ‘Download sign in cards’. Please note for some users a password reset maybe required, you can either auto-fill these passwords or select your own password for each user.
Step 5: If a password reset was required click ‘Save Changes’, the sign in cards will now automatically be created and downloaded.
Complete: Your student’s passwords have now been reset (if applicable) and sign in cards created.
Class:
Step 1: Within My organization, click on the ‘Classes’ tab.
Step 2: Select your class from the list.
Step 3: Your class will now display, select the student or students by clicking the tick box on the left hand side. If you wish to select all students displayed on the page, click the tick box next to ‘Users’ at the top.
Step 4: Once selected, a ‘Download sign in cards’ button will appear at the bottom of the screen.
Step 5: Click ‘Download sign in cards’. Please note for some users a password reset maybe required, you can either autofill these passwords or select your own password for each user.
Step 6: If a password reset was required click ‘Save Changes’, the sign in cards will now automatically be created and downloaded.
Complete: Your student’s passwords have now been reset (if applicable) and sign in cards created.
