Only Organization Administrators and Class Administrators can unlock a student account.
If a student makes 10 unsuccessful login attempts, their account will be locked. To unlock their account, follow these steps:
- Go to My Organization.
- Click the Students tab.
- Check the tick box next to the name of the student whose account has been locked.
- Click Unlock this account at the bottom of the screen.
A student’s account may occasionally be locked but not have the option to unlock it. In these cases, try changing their password following the steps found here: Resetting student passwords.
