Student
If a student is having is trouble logging in, the first step should be to check that they are using the correct login details.

If the details are correct, try changing the password using the steps found here: Resetting student passwords. If the issue persists, please contact us with the details found here: Contact us.


Teacher
If you are struggling to login as a teacher, click ‘Forgotten your username or password?’ and follow the instructions to reset your password. Alternatively, an organisation administrator can send you a password reset email by following these steps:
1. Go to ‘My organization’.
2. Click on the ‘Staff’ tab.
3. Select the correct staff member.
4. Click ‘Edit’.
5. Click ‘Send password reset email’.
