Once students have submitted a quiz, the score will be recorded and will contribute to their Automatic progression data.

The quiz will then be ‘locked’ and any further attempts at the quiz by the student will not be reported or contribute to automatic progress. However, in the event that a student runs out of books at a given Oxford Reading Level without having met move-up thresholds, quizzes will be reset for a second attempt.

Teachers are also able to ‘unlock’ books and quizzes should they want a student to spend more time at a particular Oxford Reading Level. This can be done by choosing to ’restart level’ in the Class report (within the Reporting area). See Teacher control of progress section for more information.
